Available to full day trip clients, this also is an interactive event. You will salt and then add a chimichurri
sauce to choice Alberta Beef cuts prior to embarkation and the beef will marinate while we make our
way downstream.

Come lunch time we'll pull off the river and you'll braise the steak over a camp stove to your contentment.
Served with fresh bread and chips.

Chimichurri sauce originated in Argentina and the legend of its origin is somewhat obscurred in time.
There is one legend of a Scot, Jimmy C. Hurray, traveling through Patagonia having been the first to
prepare the sauce. The local people were unable to pronounce his name so his sauce became called
Chimi Churry.

If you like to prepare your own chimichurri sauce here are some chimichurri recipies.
Also, if you wish to bring another sauce of your choosing, please do.
